A fan asks, “Is this different from the set I bought yesterday?” The next message needs purchase context and a truthful answer before it needs a sales pitch.
A human chatting team is worth considering when you want people to handle the inbox, follow-ups and exceptions across shifts. An AI reply tool may help with drafting or repetitive work, depending on its features and the platform's rules. Decide whether you need software to operate yourself or a team responsible for the work.
We provide human chatting, so this guide explains our approach. It is a decision framework for creators with existing traffic, agency owners and Fanvue AI-model operators, not an independent ranking of chatbot products.
Assistance and outsourcing are different purchases
A tool you operate
Identify whether it suggests replies, schedules messages or sends automatically. Establish who checks the output, updates the offers and takes over when something goes wrong.
A team you brief
Agree coverage, voice, approved content and escalation. Ask who reviews the conversations and who makes sure unfinished work survives the change of shift.
Some products combine automation and human review. Compare the actual arrangement instead of relying on an “AI” or “human” label. A poorly briefed person can repeat an offer too; the operating process matters.
Zinely's chatting service uses human chatters, with 24/7 coverage across shifts. We handle conversations, PPV offers and follow-ups from an agreed brief. Agencies can outsource chatting while keeping their creator relationships and marketing.
Three moments where judgement matters
- The next offer depends on the last purchase.
Check what the fan has already received. Explain what is different about the next offer, and avoid presenting the same content as new. The team needs accurate content records to do this well.
- A request falls outside the brief.
Do not invent a price, a delivery date or a promise from the creator. A chatter should know when to pause, ask for approval and keep the request visible.
- The shift ends before the conversation does.
Leave the relevant context and next action. A new person should be able to see what was agreed without making the fan explain it again.
These are reasons to evaluate a managed human service. They are not evidence that every human team outperforms every AI tool or that a change of team guarantees more revenue.
An AI model does not need an automated inbox
An AI-generated persona describes the media and character. It does not determine who replies to fans. Zinely provides human Fanvue chatting for AI models and real creators with an existing audience source.
The brief needs a consistent voice, available content, approved offers and boundaries. Human chatters must not contradict the persona's disclosure: Fanvue requires clear disclosure of AI-generated content. Keep that separate from the decision about who manages messages.
Four months subscribed
The account snapshot includes $11,269.85 in tips and $2,839 in PPV spending. See the redacted source screenshot.
If you are ready to hand over the inbox, use our Fanvue persona brief and handover checklist. If fans are not arriving yet, focus on acquisition first; adding replies cannot create an audience on its own.
Compare the work, then compare the price
| Check | Ask for something concrete |
|---|---|
| Sending and approval | Who sends the final message? Which offers or requests require approval? |
| Context | How are prior purchases, unresolved questions and promised follow-ups checked? |
| Responsibility | Who handles an incorrect offer, a complaint or a missed shift? |
| Platform access | Is this exact use permitted, what permissions are needed, and how is access removed? |
| Total cost | Include the fee, any software charges and the time you spend supervising. |
| Results | Compare tips and PPV after relevant fees, alongside traffic, new fans and content changes. |
Before connecting a third-party tool, check the current rules for the specific platform and use. A vendor's marketing claim is not platform approval. For Fanvue team access, start with the official manager-account guidance and review the permission scope.
Zinely's published chatting commission is 16.5–25% for OnlyFans and Fansly, and usually 20–25% for Fanvue, on net tips and PPV our chatters close. We do not commission subscriptions or renewals. Platform fees still apply; final terms are agreed before launch. See the current pricing and fee basis.
For a fair review, record a baseline and note traffic campaigns, new releases or pricing changes. A higher revenue total during a better traffic week does not establish which chatting method caused it.
A few direct answers
Is Zinely an OnlyFans AI chatbot?
No. Zinely is a human chatting agency. Our team handles DMs, PPV offers and follow-ups for creators and agencies. We also work with Fanvue AI-model accounts; those conversations are still handled by people.
Will human chatters make more money than an AI tool?
There is no universal result. Traffic, content, offers, the tool and the team's process all matter. Our case studies show individual account results, not a controlled human-versus-AI test. Review the actual work and revenue after fees.
Can I use human chatters for a Fanvue AI model?
Yes. We work from your approved persona, content and boundaries. You keep the required AI-media disclosure and remain responsible for the account and content.
When is a managed team the better fit?
When fans are already arriving and you want to hand over coverage, conversations and follow-ups rather than operate another tool yourself. Start by identifying what is currently being missed.
