What does outsourcing your agency’s chatting mean?
You bring Zinely into your existing operation to manage creator DMs under your agency’s brand. Our team handles conversations, PPV offers, fan notes and shift coverage; your agency keeps the creator relationship and continues to drive traffic.
This is for owners who want to grow their roster without managing another cycle of recruiting, training and covering chatter shifts. It is also relevant when your existing team needs coverage that you cannot reliably provide.
Your agency handles
- Creator relationships and account direction
- Traffic acquisition and marketing
- Content supply and creator approvals
- Final decisions on boundaries and offers
Zinely handles
- 24/7 human chatting and shift handovers
- PPV and tip conversations
- Fan CRM, purchase history and AI-built fan context (humans send every message)
- Chatter training, coverage and quality review
Is your agency ready to outsource?
The strongest fit is an agency with active creators, a repeatable source of traffic and content ready to sell. Outsourcing chatting solves an inbox and team-management problem; it does not create an audience for an empty account.
- Fans are already arriving, but reply coverage or follow-up is inconsistent.
- You spend time checking shifts, training replacements or reviewing conversations.
- You can supply approved content and a clear voice guide for each creator.
- You want a chatting partner while retaining responsibility for marketing.
There is no published minimum revenue requirement. Send the current account situation so we can assess fit. If you run your own account, see our OnlyFans chatting service for creators. For virtual creators, see human chatting for AI models on Fanvue.
How does the handover work?
Start with a review of your accounts, current coverage and content. Then agree the account-specific voice, boundaries, access and commercial terms before the team begins.
- Share the operating picture. Platforms, number of active creators, traffic sources, recent revenue mix and the gaps you want covered.
- Prepare each creator’s brief. Voice, approved offers, content library, previous fan notes and situations that need your decision.
- Agree access and responsibilities. Establish who can access each account, who approves changes and how access is removed when work ends. Use the platform’s supported access options.
- Confirm the launch. Our current onboarding target is usually within 24 hours of first contact; account readiness and agreed access determine the actual start.
How are multiple creators kept consistent?
Each creator needs a separate voice and set of boundaries. Fan notes, pulled together by AI in our own tools, let a new shift pick up a conversation without treating a returning buyer like a stranger. AI only gives chatters context; it never messages fans. Team leaders review chats and handle escalations.
Before launch, agree who on your side owns approvals and how to raise an issue. Review results per account: combining a busy account with a quiet one can hide the coverage or conversion problem you need to fix.
What does white label chatting cost?
Zinely’s published rates range from 16.5% to 25% of net tips and PPV closed by our chatters. We do not commission subscriptions or renewals. That does not remove the platform’s own fees.
No retainers, minimums or lock-in. Billing is every two weeks. Confirm the commission base and how your roster is treated in writing before launch; do not assume a multi-account discount. See the full pricing and calculator.
A useful comparison: add your in-house wages, recruitment, training, cover shifts and management time. Compare that total with the outsourcing fee on the same eligible revenue. More gross revenue does not automatically mean more money retained by your agency.
What evidence should you review?
Our case studies show individual account results and supporting screenshots. Check the platform, date range and whether a figure is monthly or cumulative before comparing it with your roster. These are examples, not a forecast for your accounts.
For your own review, compare similar periods and track changes in traffic and content supply alongside DM revenue. Agree what success looks like before the handover: reliable coverage, fewer management hours, and the net revenue left after fees.
Agency outsourcing questions
Is this a chatter recruitment service?
No. Zinely provides a managed chatting operation. We handle the team and shift coverage rather than supplying a list of candidates for you to employ.
Do we keep our creator relationships?
Yes. The service operates under your agency’s brand, while you retain the creator relationship and marketing responsibilities. Agree the working arrangement before access is granted.
Can you work with AI-model agencies?
Yes, for AI-model accounts on Fanvue. The account’s persona and content can be AI-generated; Zinely’s chatters are human. See the Fanvue handover requirements.
What should I include in my first message?
Say that you run an agency, name the platforms and number of active accounts, explain how you bring in traffic, and describe your current chatting setup. Share an approximate revenue range if useful; never send account passwords in the initial message.
