01Who we are

Zinely is a brand of TMG digital, s. r. o., a company registered in Slovakia. We are the data controller for anything described on this page. You can reach us at timzines@zinelyagency.com.

02This website

zinelyagency.com is a static site. You cannot create an account, and nothing you type on the site is sent to or stored by us. The earnings-estimate steps on the contact page run entirely in your browser; they only prepare a message that you then choose to send through WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or email.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and request details in its server logs to deliver the pages and protect against abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts and small flag icons from flagcdn.com, so those services receive your IP address when the page loads.

03Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you allow it in the “Optional analytics” prompt. Until you accept, no Google Analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics measures page visits and clicks on contact links; advertising features stay off. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months under the key zinely.analytics-consent.v1, and you can change it at any time with the “Analytics settings” control at the bottom of every page. Declining removes any existing analytics cookies.

04When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or email, we keep that conversation so we can reply, prepare your estimate and, if you become a client, work with you. We use the details you share (your platform, setup and rough earnings) only for that purpose. We do not sell or share them with anyone outside the team working on your account. If you decide not to work with us, you can ask us to delete the conversation at any time.

05Clients and fans

When we chat on a client’s account, we see fan conversations and purchase history inside the platform. How we handle that is set out in section 06 of our working terms: fan data stays inside the platform, we never export it or use it for anything other than chatting on that account, and our access is removed when the work ends.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email timzines@zinelyagency.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov) or the authority in your own country.
